BoatsNET is a new IRC server in Japan. It has almost no rules.

Rules

No shota/loli or that kind stuff.
Do not spam or whatever.

Channels

They are channels which are being managed by admins, or my friends.
If you have trouble outside of these channels, well we cannot help you.

You can use /msg ChanServ LIST * to what channels there are, too. It would show channels which are not being managed by us, tho.
